Prize Draws

When you enter a prize draw, we process the following data: first name, surname, postal address, postcode, town or city, date of birth, and e-mail address. We process participants' personal data in order to administer the prize draw — including verifying eligibility and identifying and notifying winners by e-mail. If you do not provide the data listed above, it will not be possible for you to enter the prize draw or to be contacted regarding the outcome. We may also use participants' details to keep them informed of relevant offers from Konzertdirektion Goette (newsletters, events). You may withdraw your consent to receiving such e-mails at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter.

Providing a complete postal address is a condition of entry and participation is not possible without it. Data is processed for the purpose of administering the prize draw. The legal basis for processing personal data in connection with the fulfilment of this arrangement is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Gewinnspiel-Bedingungen

These general terms and conditions apply to all prize draws organised by Konzertdirektion Dr. Rudolf Goette GmbH, hereinafter also referred to as Konzertdirektion Goette or the Organiser. They apply, where relevant, alongside any specific terms and conditions published in connection with a particular prize draw. By entering, each participant accepts these terms and conditions as well as the entry deadline specified for each individual prize draw.
1. Eligibility
a) Entry is open to persons resident in Germany who are aged 18 or over.
b) Employees of Konzertdirektion Dr. Rudolf Goette GmbH and its affiliated companies, together with their relatives and members of their households, are excluded from entry. Participation via automated means is not permitted.
2. Entry
a) Entries may be submitted by e-mail or in writing by postcard. Participants must provide their name and address truthfully, along with any other required details.
b) Each participant may enter a prize draw only once, unless Konzertdirektion Goette expressly indicates that multiple entries are permitted.
c) Entry into a prize draw is not conditional upon the purchase of goods or services. By entering via e-mail or post, you consent to your contact details being used for marketing purposes by Konzertdirektion Dr. Rudolf Goette GmbH. You may withdraw this consent at any time. Neither the purchase of goods or services nor the release of participants' data for marketing purposes increases the chances of winning.
3. Entry Deadline
The closing date for each prize draw will be stated individually.
4. The Draw
The prize will be drawn only from amongst those participants who have entered within the entry period with correct personal details, or — where a question forms part of the prize draw — from amongst those who have submitted the correct answer in time. The draw will take place shortly after the closing date. Where multiple eligible entries are received, the winner will be selected by lot.
5. Notification of Winners
a) Prize winners will be notified promptly after the draw by e-mail or post, using the details provided at the time of entry, or will have their prize delivered directly. Risk passes to the winner upon dispatch of the prize by post. The Organiser accepts no liability for damage in transit. If a winner cannot be reached — whether by post or e-mail — Konzertdirektion Goette reserves the right to draw a new winner.
b) Konzertdirektion Dr. Rudolf Goette GmbH reserves the right to announce the names of winners publicly. By entering the prize draw, participants consent to their name being published in the event that they win.
6. Prizes
a) The prize consists exclusively of what is individually specified by Konzertdirektion Goette. Any incidental or consequential costs incurred by the winner in connection with or arising from use of the prize (e.g. catering or other travel expenses) are expressly not included Konzertdirektion Dr. Rudolf Goette GmbHaccepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered by a participant as a result of accepting or using a prize.
b) Prizes may not be exchanged for cash, and no substitution is permitted. Prizes are non-transferable. There is no right of legal recourse. The announcement of winners is made without guarantee.
7. Disqualification
a) Konzertdirektion Dr. Rudolf Goette GmbH reserves the right to disqualify participants from the prize draw. This applies in particular where participants breach the terms and conditions or seek to gain an unfair advantage through manipulation or other dishonest means.
b) Konzertdirektion Dr. Rudolf Goette GmbH reserves the right to suspend or terminate a prize draw at any time, without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular where proper conduct of the draw cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. Participants shall have no claims against Konzertdirektion Dr. Rudolf Goette GmbH in such circumstances.

Orders in the Online Shop

You may place orders in our online shop. We have engaged the external service providers CTS Eventim AG & Co. KGaA and CTS Eventim Solutions GmbH — both at Contrescarpe 75 A, D-28195 Bremen — to handle the ordering process and contract fulfilment. When placing an order, you will be required to provide your name, address, e-mail address, and any other details indicated in the form. Your IP address, as well as the date and time of your order, are also stored so that — in the event of suspected misuse — we can verify whether the order was genuinely placed by you. This data is processed and stored by CTS Eventim AG & Co. KGaA and CTS Eventim Solutions GmbH in order to fulfil your order. We, as the data controller, also have access to this data.

Data is collected and processed for the purpose of handling your order and fulfilling the contract entered into with you. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses cookies (see "Cookies" above) to collect data including your operating system, browser type and version, IP address, referrer URL (previously visited page), and time of access. This information is transmitted to and stored on a Google Inc. server in the USA. We are unable to track what user data Facebook collects about you. We also do not have full access to the data collected or to your profile data. Photos and, where applicable, video recordings may be taken at our events (general shots of the event as a whole), which may also show visitors.

The recordings are used to document and report on the event, as well as to promote future events, including on our website, in printed materials, newsletters and on social media (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

Legal basis

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in taking and publishing photographs for marketing, documentation and reporting purposes in connection with the event. We only process photographs of children (persons under the age of 18) on the basis of parental consent under Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 8 GDPR.

Recipients

The recordings may be passed on to service providers we engage (e.g. agencies, printers, hosting providers for our social media channels). Where content is published on social networks, data may be transferred to third countries (e.g. the USA); providers generally rely on Standard Contractual Clauses in such cases.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing (Art. 15–18, 21 GDPR).
